BACKGROUND
To celebrate St. Pats Night with the Leafs and build on the success of DFO’s iconic green milkshakes, we were tasked to create Shamrock Chase — a Pac-Man-style game where fans play as Cloverton, racing through Toronto’s six boroughs to collect shamrocks and deliver milkshakes.
Launching March 1, the game drove engagement beyond the arena with online play, social media tie-ins, and swag unlocks. The experience culminated on March 17, when fans played Shamrock Chase at interactive kiosks during the live St. Pats Game Night, making the game a central part of the celebration and continuing DFO’s tradition of turning milkshakes into memorable moments.
As lead designer, I developed visual concepts, game and prizing flows, and created all art assets including characters, levels, animations, and UI. I also created marketing materials for the game and live experience.
